 * Exempted connected transaction acquisition of 15% interest in the Horse 
 * Sun kingdom, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, acquired 15% interest 
in the Horse 
 * Deal for AUD2.8 million 
 * Unit acquired 15% interest in the Horse from sellers at a consideration of 
AUD1.2 million 
 * Sun bloodstock acquired 35% interest in the Horse for AUD2.8 million
