 * Withdrawal of listing of bonds and redemption of bonds  1900.HK  
 * Board considers that redemption of the bonds has no material impact on the business of the company and its subsidiaries 
 * Listing of bonds on stock exchange will be withdrawn with effect from close of trading of stock exchange on Monday, 9 November 
 * Following maturity of bonds, co has redeemed entire outstanding principal amount of bonds in sum of RMB109 million plus interest
