Incyte Corp rises on collaboration deal for skin disease cream

** Shares of drugmaker Incyte Corp  INCY.O  up 2.3% at $82.5
    ** Co enters into collaboration and license deal with CMS
Aesthetics, a dermatology medical aesthetic company, to develop
and commercialize skin disease cream ruxolitinib
    ** The cream is to treat autoimmune and inflammatory
dermatologic diseases, including vitiligo and atopic dermatitis
    ** CMS Aesthetics will make an undisclosed upfront payment
to INCY, which is eligible to also receive milestone payments
and royalties
    ** CMS Aesthetics will receive an exclusive license to
develop and commercialize and a non-exclusive license to
manufacture ruxolitinib cream for patients in mainland China,
Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and certain countries in Southeast Asia
    ** Co has already launched ruxolitinib cream for atopic
dermatitis and vitiligo in the U.S.
    ** Including session's gains, stock up ~12% YTD
