    * Co, each of suppliers and each of subscribers entered into 
an annual procurement agreement 
    * Suppliers agreed to supply targeted amount of copper scrap 
raw materials to group from 15 august 2017 to 14 august 2018 
    * For each ton of copper scrap raw materials supplied by a 
supplier, company will pay up to rmb3,000 
    * Subscribers are Quick Gold Group, New Silver Group, Honest 
Fame Global and Gain Big Ltd 
    * Suppliers are Yang Zaipei, Hu Lin, Weng Yiming, and Pu Tao
