China sets up artificial intelligence 'alliance' including China Mobile - state media

BEIJING, April 18 (Reuters) - China has set up a
generative pre-trained transformer, or GPT, alliance with
participants including China Mobile 0941.HK and China Unicom
0762.HK , state media reported on Tuesday.
The alliance will explore promoting inclusive and safe
artificial intelligence technologies, and look to bridge
government, academia and industry, the Shanghai Securities News
reported.
