      The Company is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting 
      (“AGM”) will be held at the Room 717, 7th Floor ,North Tower of China 
      Nonferrous Building, No.10 Anding Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, 
      People’s Republic of China at 16:00 (Beijing time, 09:00 London time) on 
      Wednesday 25 September 2019, with a satellite meeting place at the 
      offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 
      7RD. The notice convening the AGM will be posted to shareholders 
      tomorrow and will be available on the Company’s website (www.cnfgold.com) 
      from that time.

      Project Summary
    

      The Pakrut gold project, of which CNG has 100 per cent ownership, is 
      situated in Tajikistan approximately 120km northeast of the capital city 
      Dushanbe. Pakrut is located within the Tien Shan gold belt, which 
      extends from Uzbekistan into Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Western China, 
      and which hosts a number of multi-million ounce gold deposits.
    

      CNG is currently in a commissioning phase with mining contractors on 
      site finalising constructing of the mine, plant, tailings dam and 
      refinery.
