Board Changes

China Nonferrous Gold Limited 中国有色黄金有限公司 (AIM: CNG), the
mineral exploration and mining company currently mining the Pakrut gold
project in the Republic of Tajikistan, announces that Mr. Feng has tendered
his resignation as Financial executive director of the Company to pursue other
business interests. That resignation has immediate effect today.

At the same time, Mr. Wang Xiaohua has been appointed as Financial executive
director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Wang is well experienced in the fields of accounting and management. From
March 2011 to October 2016, he worked as CFO of Tibet Investment Corporation
of Daye Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd.; from October 2016 to April 2018, CFO of
Boyuan environmental protection corporation of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group
Holdings Co., Ltd.; from April 2018 to July 2018, Assistant to CEO of LLC
Pakrut; from July 2018 to present, CFO of LLC Pakrut.

A list of Mr. Wang’s current directorships together with those held within
the last five years is set out below:

Mr. Wang (aged 50) does not own any shares in the Company and has confirmed
