** The driving schools operator in the central province of
Henan offered 100 mln shares in its IPO, raising HK$128 million
($16.3 mln) to build and expand its training fields for training
students to drive large vehicles and recruit driving instructors

province of Jilin offered 116.7 mln shares in Hong Kong IPO,
raising HK$274 mln ($35 mln) to expand its heat supply business

** The Hang Seng China enterprises index .HSCE rises 0.6%,
and the benchmark index .HSI gains 0.5%
