** Shares of driving training services provider China
Oriented International Holdings Ltd  1871.HK  trade as low as
HK$0.95 per share on Hong Kong trading debut, 25.8% below IPO
price
    ** The stock later trimmed losses to trade at HK$1.03, still
down 19.5% from the IPO price 
    ** The driving schools operator in the central province of
Henan offered 100 mln shares in its IPO, raising HK$128 million
($16.3 mln) to build and expand its training fields for training
students to drive large vehicles and recruit driving instructors

    ** Another newcomer, Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Co Ltd
 1853.HK  trades as low as to HK$2.15 on its first day. The
stock later recovers to HK$2.23, but still down 5.1% from the
IPO price 
    ** The heat service provider in the north-eastern Chinese 
province of Jilin offered 116.7 mln shares in Hong Kong IPO,
raising HK$274 mln ($35 mln) to expand its heat supply business
and upgrade pipelines and heat supply facilities (https://bit.ly/31DuKuF)
    ** The Hang Seng China enterprises index  .HSCE  rises 0.6%,
and the benchmark index  .HSI  gains 0.5%
($1=7.8381 Hong Kong dollars)
