 * Group entered into respective distribution agreements and relevant schedule agreements with 22 sale  distributors 
 * Expects sale revenues to have positive impact on group's consolidated financial statements for FY ending 30 April 2016 
 * Agreements to develop the sale of the group's acornea that is bio-engineered cornea 
 * Total contract amount of distribution agreements for period ending 31 December 2016 is about RMB196 million 
 * Application has been made for resumption of trading in the shares with effect  from 9:00 a.m. on 1 December
