May 3 (Reuters) - China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Ltd  0527.HK : 
 
 * Hongsong an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company entered 
into the capital increase agreement with Zhuoneng 
 * Hongsong entered into the equity transfer agreement with Zhuoneng, Langcheng 
 * Wang conditionally agreed to acquire entire equity interest of Hongsong in 
Langcheng at a consideration of RMB110 million 
 * Pursuant to capital increase agreement, Wang And Zhouneng agreed to increase 
the registered capital of langcheng by RMB83.6 million and RMB4.4 million 
respectively
