China Securities shares fall after clarification of merger report

** Brokerage's Hong Kong-listed shares  6066.HK  and
Shanghai-listed shares  601066.SS  both fall ~2% after it
clarifies media reports of its merger with CITIC Securities 
    ** China's CITIC Securities Co Ltd  600030.SS  6030.HK  and
China Securities Co Ltd said on Tuesday they were not aware of
any merger talks between the pair after a media report suggested

    ** CITIC shares ease 0.3% on mainland but rise 1.2% on Hong
Kong bourse
    ** Shares of both firms jumped on Tuesday after Bloomberg
News reported that China had started the process of potentially
