 * Says acquisition agreement has lapsed and ceased to have any effect 
 * Vendor has the obligation to refund the deposit of HK$100 million paid without interest to the purchaser 
 * Board considers that lapse of acquisition agreement will not have any material adverse impact on business, operation and financial position of the group
