 * Non-legally binding letter of intent was entered into between the company and the potential vendor 
 * Loi in relation to the proposed acquisition 
 * Letter of intent does not create any legally binding commitment between parties to proceed with proposed acquisition 
 * Under the letter of intent, hk$200 million is to be paid as earnest monies
