Hong Kong Aerospace Technology up on Mexican Space Agency tie-up

** Shares of Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group Ltd
 1725.HK  rise 6% to HK$8, on track for the biggest one-day pct
rise since Aug. 17 if gains hold
    ** Satellite manufacturing and communication company enters
into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Mexican Space
Agency to collaborate on projects and identify satellite
projects to be jointly developed
    ** Says the company will benefit from exchange of research
and development experience, while the space agency will provide
necessary assistant for procurement of parts of satellites or
the imports and exports
     ** Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC  rises 2.3%
and the Hang Seng Composite Index tracking industrials  .HSCIIG 
rises 2.6%
    ** Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  and Hang Seng Index
 .HSI  jump 2.3% and 2.5% respectively
