 * Says Cheng has been reprimanded by the disciplinary committee with a penalty 
of HK$100,000 
 * Each of Cheng Chi Pang and Lesile Cheng & Co. would also be required to pay 
the costs of the proceedings 
 * Informed by Cheng Chi Pang that on 18 dec, disciplinary committee of the Hong Kong Institute of certified public accountants made order against Leslie Cheng & Co 
 * Firm of Lesile Cheng & Co. has been reprimanded by the disciplinary committee 
with a penalty of HK$200,000 
 * Do not consider that above order would have any impact on Cheng's discharge of his duties as independent non-executive directors
