    * Discloseable Transaction - Disposal Of 10% Of Equity 
Interest In Titans New Power 
    * Zhuhai Titans, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of 
company, as vendor entered into sp agreement 
    * SP agreement with Lead Intelligent as purchaser 
    * Deal at provisional consideration of rmb135 million 
    * Lead intelligent agreed to purchase sale interest, 
representing 10% equity interest in Titans New Power 
    * Group will recognise a gain of approximately rmb134.1 
million as a result of disposal
