** Shares of China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings Co
Ltd  0570.HK  drop 11.8% to HK$5.36, the biggest daily
percentage decline since January 2010
    ** Stock is the second biggest percentage decliner in the
Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  
    ** Traditional Chinese medicine maker says its deputy
chairman Wang Xiaochun has transferred 105 mln shares, or 2.09%
of the issued share capital, at HK$5.57 each on Friday due to

    ** Wang holds 165 mln shares, or 3.28% of the issued share
capital, after the transfer
    ** Hong Kong Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC 
climbs 1.4% and healthcare index  .HSCIH  surges 1.6%
    ** Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  rises 1.4% and Hang
Seng Index  .HSI  jumps 1.6%
