    * Unit enters into cooperation deal with Jian County Water 
Co to establish JV co engaged in water supply in Jian County 
    * Pursuant to agreement, registered capital of JV will be 
RMB87.3 million & unit will contribute about RMB63 million 
    * Unit to hold 72 percent stake in JV co, Jian County Water 
Co to hold 28 percent stake in JV co
