* Profit for the year attributable to owners of the co was
HK$853.6 million, up 40.4 pct
* FY revenue of HK$5,707.9 million, representing a
significant increase of 20.4 pct
* Proposed to pay the equity shareholders of the company a
final dividend of HK6 cents per share
* Proposes special final dividend of HK10 cents per share
