** Shares of China Water Affairs Group Ltd  0855.HK  rise
4.4 pct to HK$9.19, the highest since Aug. 24, after the water
supply service provider further expands its business in China's
Henan province
    ** Co says to establish a water supply joint venture in Jia

    ** Co says the venture will be granted a concession on water
supply in Jia county for 30 years and the designed daily water
supply capacity will reach 60,000 tonnes per day
    ** As of the previous close, the stock had risen 24.47
percent so far this year
    ** China Water Affairs has underperformed the Hang Seng
Commerce & Industry Index sector  .HSNC  by 1.9 percentage
points in the past month
    ** Hong Kong benchmark index  .HSI  falls 0.4 pct
