Announcement on Soliciting Investors' Opinions of Matters on the 2022 Annual
Profit Distribution Plan

This Announcement has been prepared in Chinese and English respectively. In
case of any discrepancy in the understanding of the Chinese and English
versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. The Company shall not be liable
for any loss arising from misunderstanding of the English version.

According to related regulations and requirements in the Opinions on Further
Strengthening the Protection of the Legal Rights and Interests of Small and
Medium-sized Investors in the Capital Market issued by the General Office of
the State Council, the Notice on Further Implementing Matters Related to Cash
Dividends of Listed Companies issued by China Securities Regulatory
Commission, the Supervision Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 3 - Cash
Dividends of Listed Companies (Revision 2022), the Guidelines for
Self-regulation Supervision of Listed Companies No. 1 - Standardized Operation
issued by Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Articles of Association of the
Company, in order to further enhance the transparency of corporate dividends
and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors,
the Company now solicits opinions from investors on matters related to the
Company's 2022 profit distribution plan.

Article 226 of the Articles of Association of the Company stipulates that the
Company's annual cash dividend shall, in principle, not be less than 50% of
the profits that can be distributed to the shareholders of the parent company
in the current year. The Company would conduct cash dividend for the annual
profit distribution in 2016-2020 as per not lower than RMB 0.65 per share. For
the annual profit distribution in 2021-2025, the cash dividend would be
offered as per not lower than 70% of the net profits realized in those years.

The Company's profit distribution plan shall be deliberated and approved by
the shareholders' meeting. After the shareholders' meeting of the Company
makes a resolution on the profit distribution plan, the board of directors
shall complete the dividend distribution within 60 days after the
shareholders' meeting.

This opinion collection will start from today and end until 4:00 on 6(th)
March. Shareholders of the Company can feedback the Opinion Collection Form
(as attached) to the Company through e-mail or fax.
