on track for the biggest one-day pct gain since July 31
    ** Software and IT services provider wins bid for HK$410 mln
($52.5 mln) Central Digital Imaging Platform project of the Hong
Kong Police Force
    ** Hang Seng Composite Index on information technology firms
 .HSCIIT  rises 1.2% and Hang Seng Index  .HSI  adds 1%
    ** Stock down 39.2% YTD 
($1 = 7.7987 Hong Kong dollars)
