acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2040 GMT on Monday:
        
  
        ** Italy has cleared, with conditions, ION's acquisition
of credit manager Prelios after the fintech group disclosed the
details Rome had been requesting about the deal's financing, two
government sources said on Monday.

        ** Grupo SURA  SIS.CN , Grupo Argos  ARG.CN , Grupo
Gilinski and Graystone Holdings have launched a joint takeover
bid to acquire 23.1% of the shares of Colombia's Grupo Nutresa

scrapped its nearly year-long pursuit of rival Wyndham Hotels &

    ** Top U.S. natural gas producer EQT Corp  EQT.N  on Monday
said it agreed to buy Equitrans Midstream ETRN.N in an all-stock
deal that values its former pipeline unit at about $14 billion
including debt, as companies look to navigate decade-low prices
for the commodity.

U.S.-based intellectual property software firm Anaqua, four

likely that an agreement on the planned sale of its German
