manufacturing jv company will be RMB20 million 
    * Research and development and manufacturing jv company will 
be owned as to 51% by company 
    * Will contributed in cash RMB10.2 million in registered 
capital of research and development and manufacturing jv company 
    * Company, equipment research institute, shanghai edrive and 
ningbo partnership entered into jv contracts 
    * Contracting parties have agreed to establish jv companies, 
namely research and development and manufacturing jv company and 
sales jv co
