Description: Boris Johnson has bowed to what seemed inevitable and resigned as
Conservative Party leader..

resignation of a string of his top ministers.
The question is - can he hang
on for two more months while a replacement is chosen, or will he be
forced to
resign as Prime Minister as well?.
