23andMe says disappointed with CEO's Wojcicki take-private offer

Aug 2 (Reuters) - 23andMe  ME.O  on Friday said it is
disappointed with Chief Executive Officer Anne Wojcicki's
take-private offer as it views the proposal as insufficient and
not in the best interest of non-affiliated shareholders.
