- Genetic testing firm 23andMe  ME.O  said it is reducing about
40%, or 200 employees, from its workforce and discontinuing
further development of all its therapies as part of a
restructuring program.
     
- The U.S. president-elect Donald Trump chose Republican U.S.
Representative Elise Stefanik to serve as U.S. ambassador to the
United Nations. 
     
- Boeing's  BA.N  head of quality for commercial airplanes,
Elizabeth Lund, who has spearheaded the planemaker's improvement
plans, will retire in December.
     
-Darren Woods, Exxon Mobil  XOM.N  CEO says President-elect
Donald Trump shouldn't pull the U.S. from an international
pledge to mitigate climate change after Trump withdrew U.S. from
the Paris agreement in his first term.
     
     
  
     - President-elect Donald Trump is expected to nominate U.S.
Senator Marco Rubio of Florida as secretary of state and has has
picked Republican Representative Mike Waltz to be his national

     - A Spirit Airlines  SAVE.N  flight destined for the
Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince was struck by gunfire, forcing
