Appointment of Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Dobbyn as a
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Sam Dobbyn, who has significant relevant experience in his capacity as a
director at Allied Minds PLC and previously as a director at Urban Exposure
PLC, will oversee the transition into the Company's proposed new strategy,
ensuring continuity of portfolio oversight, and acting as the central point of
accountability between the Board, Chrysalis Investment Partners LLP (as the
Company's investment adviser) and the Company's other advisers. Beyond the
transition, the Board intends that Sam will lead the execution of the
Company's business plan in respect of key portfolio assets, supported by other
Board members and by external advisers as required.

Andrew Haining, Chairman of Chrysalis, commented, "Sam brings deep public
market expertise and an impressive track record of experience that will be an
asset to the Board. We have had the opportunity to work with Sam since late
last year as a consultant to the Board, and his experience will enable the
Company to execute the new strategy in the interest of shareholders."

Sam's appointment will be proposed for election by the Company's shareholders
at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2026.
