The Company today announces that with effect from 31 March 2023, its
registered office has changed from 3(rd) Floor, 1 Le Truchot, St Peter Port,
Guernsey, GY1 1WD to 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1
2HL following a change in the registered office of the Company's
administrator. This follows the acquisition of the Company's administrator,
Maitland Administration (Guernsey) Limited by Apex Group, and the associated
