Japan to order 5 utilities to improve business over price-fixing cartel -Kyodo

TOKYO, July 12 (Reuters) - Japan's Ministry of Economy,
Trade and Industry is arranging to issue business improvement
orders to five utilities over a price-fixing cartel on Friday,
Kyodo news agency reported on Wednesday.
    The ministry will issue the order to Kansai Electric Power
Co  9503.T , Chugoku Electric Power Co  9504.T , Kyushu Electric
 Power Co  9508.T  and one of its subsidiaries and to a
subsidiary of Chubu Electric Power Co  9502.T , Kyodo reported.
