("Churchill China" or the "Company") 
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, was notified on 19 November 2019 that, on that date, David O'Connor, Chief Executive Officer, and David Taylor, Finance Director, sold 14,407 and 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), respectively, at a price of 1,600 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, David O'Connor's total shareholding in the Company is 36,113 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.33 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital and David Taylor's total shareholding in the Company is 55,555 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.51 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
