Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

 

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance
ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, was notified today
that on 15 April 2024 Robin Williams, Chairman of the Company, purchased a
total of 1,000 shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 1247.00p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr Williams is beneficially interested in 2,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.02% of the total voting rights of the Company.
