("Churchill" or the "Company" or the "Group")

 

2024 Full Year Trading Update

 

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance
ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, provides an update on
trading for the year ended 31 December 2024.

The Company is pleased to confirm that trading in the final two months of the
year met the Company and market's* expectations and that there is no change to
the guidance issued in November 2024.

 

Robin Williams, Chairman of Churchill China, commented:

 

"Despite the challenging environment facing the Company we have taken
appropriate actions and are still confident in the long-term future of the
business. sWe continue to improve productivity and yield in the factory and
the Company is still well positioned, with an unparalleled service offering
and an innovative and differentiated performance product."

 

The Company expects to release its preliminary results for the year ended 31
December 2024 in April 2025.

 

*Market expectations anticipate profit before tax of £8.5m
