Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance
ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, will announce its
final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on Monday, 13 April 2026.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 10.00am on the day of the results at
the offices of Burson Buchanan, Rose Court, 2 Southwark Bridge Road, London
