Notification of Transaction of PCA

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance
ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, was notified on 29
June 2022 that, on that day, Lucy Roper, a person closely associated ("PCA")
to James Roper, Sales and Marketing Director, sold a total of 900 ordinary
shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Share").

Following this transaction James Roper's total beneficial shareholding in the
Company is 994,035 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.0 per cent.
of the Company's voting share capital.
