The Directors of Churchill Mining plc (AIM:CHL) announce that the Company has posted to shareholders a notice convening a general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") to be held at 4.00pm WST (Perth, Western Australia) on 1 July 2015 at Suite 1, 346 Barker Road, Subiaco, Western Australia, Australia 6008. The General Meeting will consider resolutions to renew the share allotment and dis-application of pre-emption rights over approximately 15% of the current issued share capital.
