U.S. stock index futures edged higher in the early hours of Thursday after the
House of Representatives passed a bill to suspend the nation's debt ceiling.

 ESc1  were up 0.21% at 4,199.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.13%
