Corrects paragraph 1 with Cicor's final takeover offer for TT,  not $385 million offer

Dec 9 (Reuters) - DBAY Advisors, the biggest shareholder of TT Electronics TTG.L, said on Tuesday it is considering a takeover offer for the company, and that it intends to vote against Swiss firm Cicor's CICN.S final offer for the British company.

TT Electronics and Cicor did not immediately respond Reuters' requests for comment.
