Swiss electronics company Cicor in talks to buy parts of Eolane France

ZURICH, Jan 22 (Reuters) - Cicor Group  CICN.S  is in
discussions with Eolane France about potentially buying some of
the French company's business, the Swiss electronics company
said on Wednesday.
    "There can be no assurance that these discussions will
result in a transaction or other agreement," Cicor said,
responding to a report in French media.
    The company did not give any further details of the
discussions.
