**  Co says president and COO Brian Evanko to succeed retiring chief David Cordani as CEO, starting July

** Cordani to be executive chair of Cigna's board after the transition

**  Evanko, who has been with the company for three decades, currently oversees Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services

**  Separately, co reaffirms 2026 forecast for adjusted income from operations of at least $30.25 per share

** As of last close, stock up 6% YTD
