** Co reports Q4 revenue of $72.5 billion, beating estimates of $69.83 billion

** Co's medical loss ratio, or the percentage of premiums spent on medical care, was at 88%, compared with analysts' estimates of 87.34%

** On Wednesday, co settled the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's insulin case and agreed to changes aimed at lowering costs for patients, insurers and small pharmacies

** Shares down 0.33% in 2025
