    ** The federal Competition Bureau is suing Cineplex Inc
 CGX.TO  over allegedly misleading consumers by advertising
online and mobile ticket prices without including mandatory
booking surcharges that appear later in the purchase process.

    ** Ottawa's Clean Fuel Regulations will take effect July 1,
and budget watchdog's reports the new policy will add up to C$
0.17 ($0.1271) a litre of gas, or C$ 0.16 ($0.1197) a litre of
diesel in 2030.
