Cingulate rises after receiving European patent for ADHD drug

** Shares of biotech co Cingulate  CING.O  more than double
to $3.82 premarket 
    ** Co says it was issued a European patent for its lead drug
candidate, CTx-1301, for the treatment of attention deficit
hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
    ** The patent application granted on Aug.14 will include up
to 30 European territories - CING 
    ** We look forward to obtaining additional patents in the
near term as we continue to showcase the clinical success of
CTx-1301 and move closer to filing a marketing application with
the FDA - CING 
    ** Up to last close, stock down 97.9% YTD
