Cingulate shares surge in after the bell trading

** Shares in biopharmaceutical company Cingulate Inc
 CING.O  were rising sharply in after the bell trading with no
new announcements on the company's website 
    ** After closing up $2.01 or 100% at $3.99 in Wednesday's
regular session, the stock was last trading up 173% at $10.89 in
volatile late trading after the market close
    ** The stock had hit a session high of $5.10 during the
regular trading session
    ** Trading volume on Wednesday was dramatically higher than
usual with 54.6 million shares changing hands vs 10-day moving
average of 36,283
