**Shares of Cintas CTAS.O up about 4% at $195.75 premarket

** Uniform retailer raises annual revenue and profit forecasts, helped by resilient demand for its products and services

** CTAS now expects annual revenue forecast in the range of $11.15 billion to $11.22 billion vs prior range of $11.06 billion to $11.18 billion - data compiled by LSEG

** Co expects annual profit forecast in the range of $4.81 to $4.88 per share, vs prior forecast of $4.74 to $4.86 per share

** Co also beats second-quarter profit and sales estimates

** Up to last close, shares up about 2% YTD
