March 25 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Ithaca Energy ITH.L said it would acquire Japan Petroleum Exploration's (Japex) 1662.T UK unit for $193 million, as it seeks to become one of the biggest independent North Sea energy companies.

** British power company Drax Group DRX.L said it reached an agreement over terms of a possible acquisition of Harmony Energy Income Trust HEIT.L for 88 pence per share or about 199.9 million pounds ($258.27 million).

** Cintas CTAS.O said on Monday it had terminated discussions to acquire all of UniFirst UNF.N in a deal that valued the uniform supplier at $5.3 billion, sending UniFirst shares down about 7% in extended trading.
