Refile: Cintas terminates discussions to acquire UniFirst

Refiles to correct company name to "UniFirst" from "uniFirst" in the headline March 24 (Reuters) - Cintas CTAS.O said on Monday that it has terminated discussions regarding its proposal to acquire all of UniFirst's UNF.N shares for $275 per share in cash.
