Crypto-linked stocks jump as bitcoin notches new record high

    ** Crypto-related stocks rise premarket as bitcoin rallies
to fresh record high 
    ** Bitcoin  BTC=  touched a new peak of $72,259.00 earlier
as the surge in the biggest cryptocurrency showed no signs of
slowing down; was last up 5.25% at $72,000
    ** Britain's financial watchdog said it will now permit
recognized investment exchanges to launch crypto-backed
exchange-traded notes
    ** Crypto exchange Coinbase Global  COIN.O  up 6.64% - set
to hit highest in more than three years 
    ** Crypto miners Riot Platforms Inc  RIOT.O , CleanSpark
 CLSK.O , Cipher Mining  CIFR.O  and Marathon Digital  MARA.O 
up in the range of 4.3% and 6.6%
    ** Software firm and BTC buyer MicroStrategy  MSTR.O  gains
9.9% - set to hit highest in more than two decades 
    ** MicroStrategy says it bought nearly 12,000 bitcoins
between Feb 26 and March 10 for about $821.7 mln in cash at an
average price of $68,477 per bitcoin 
        ** As of March 10, it held about 205,000 bitcoins 
  
    ** Trading app operator Robinhood  HOOD.O  up 1.8%
    ** BTC= up nearly 70% YTD
