The Nasdaq slumped nearly 2% to a two-week low on Wednesday, accompanied by
losses on the S&P 500, as major chip and tech stocks were pressured by the
prospect of tighter U.S. trade curbs on companies giving China access to
advanced semiconductor technology.  .N

41,074.75. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 1.18% at 5,600.52 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 2.34% at 18,076.998.
