 * Announces settlement in patent litigation for Absorica 
 * Says entered into a settlement agreement with Actavis Laboratories 
 * Says Cipher, Ranbaxy and Galephar entered into a non-exclusive license 
   agreement with Actavis as part of the settlement 
 * Says Actavis may begin selling its generic version of Absorica in U.S. on 
   December 27, 2020 or earlier under certain circumstances 
 * Says settlement agreement is subject to review by the U.S. Federal Trade 
   Commission and U.S. Department of Justice
